AHOD2131 (COG / NCTN)

Asks whether early-stage Hodgkin lymphoma in children and adults can be treated with immunotherapy instead of some chemotherapy and radiation.

Response-adapted design using PET after two cycles; primary endpoint PFS; also measures late effects. It is ongoing, with no results yet (September 2026).

Newly diagnosed stage I-II classical Hodgkin lymphoma, age 5-60: standard therapy vs brentuximab vedotin + nivolumab (response-adapted), with or without radiation
