The phase 3 test of durvalumab with chemotherapy was stopped early and did not meet its goal, despite an encouraging earlier study.
Follow-on to the single-arm DREAM study. Stopped early without meeting its primary endpoint per 2026 trial-landscape reviews. Together with KEYNOTE-483's modest hazard ratio, it suggests the chemo-IO benefit in mesothelioma is real but small and histology-dependent.
