Inova firefighter occupational cancer screening pilot (NCT06931561) is a randomised interventional study sponsored by Inova Health Care Services with Virginia Department of Health. Its primary outcomes are the numbers of confirmed pre-malignancies and malignancies detected with each screening tool; the registry names the blood test only as an MCD assay.
