This completed study tested extra treatment for breast cancer remaining after chemotherapy and surgery. Adding the tested low-dose rucaparib regimen did not significantly improve two-year disease-free survival.
Registry completed, last updated 2024-09-19. Postoperative TNBC or BRCA-mutated breast cancer with residual tumour greater than 2 cm or persistent nodal involvement after neoadjuvant therapy. The registry records 135 enrolled; the paper reports 128 randomized. Low rucaparib exposure and the historical regimen limit extrapolation to other PARP strategies.
