This study tests whether adding olaparib improves radiation treatment for inflammatory breast cancer. It is not accepting new participants.
Registry status active not recruiting, last updated 2026-09-29. Enrollment is 300 estimated. Non-metastatic inflammatory breast cancer of any receptor subtype after neoadjuvant chemotherapy and modified radical mastectomy with negative margins and axillary evaluation. Randomized radiation with or without olaparib; positive microscopic margins or gross residual tumour after mastectomy are excluded. This disease-specific protocol must not be presented as general postoperative TNBC enrollment.
