Prospectively Randomized Control Clinical Trial of FOLFOXIRI Preoperative Chemotherapy Alone on Rectal Cancer in Local Advance Comparing to Oral Capecitabine Combined With Long-term Radiation is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT03671252 by Sun Yat-sen University, with a registry enrolment figure of 776 participants, started 2018-11-16 and due to reach its primary completion in 2025-09-25.
