Study in mCRC Patients RAS/BRAF wt Tissue and RAS Mutated LIquid BIopsy to Compare FOLFIRI Plus CetuxiMAb or BevacizumaB is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT04776655 by Azienda USL Reggio Emilia - IRCCS, with a registry enrolment figure of 280 participants, started 2021-04-30 and due to reach its primary completion in 2025-05-04. Interventions recorded: Bevacizumab; Cetuximab; 5-FU; Irinotecan; Calcium levofolinate. Conditions listed: Colorectal Cancer; Metastatic Colorectal Cancer; RAS Mutation. Primary outcome: Progression free survival (PFS) in patients with RASmut at liquid biopsy and RASwt on tissue..
