ROMANCE: "Irinotecan Plus Cetuximab Rechallenge Versus Trifluridine/Tipiracil Plus Bevacizumab in Molecularly Selected Metastatic Colorectal Cancer" is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07381764 by Gruppo Oncologico Italia Meridionale, with a registry enrolment figure of 150 participants, started 2026-03-20 and due to reach its primary completion in 2031-03-30.
