Neoadjuvant Pembrolizumab With a Watch-and-wait Strategy for dMMR/MSI-H Localized Colon Cancer: PREMICES Study. is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT06646445 by GERCOR - Multidisciplinary Oncology Cooperative Group, with a registry enrolment figure of 60 participants, started 2025-09 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-12.
