The Optimal Radioimmunotherapy Combinations for Advanced TNBC is a phase 2, interventional study registered as NCT06735131 by Sun Yat-sen University, with a registry enrolment figure of 60 participants, started 2024-12-20 and due to reach its primary completion in 2026-07. Interventions recorded: radiotherapy 5 Gy × 5 fractions, once a day; radiotherapy 8 Gy × 5 fractions, once a day; radiotherapy 8 Gy × 3 fractions, once every other day; radiotherapy 10 Gy× 3 fractions, once every other day; radiotehrapy 0.5Gy twice-a-day × 2 days, repeat for 4 cycles (total 8Gy); Toripalimab; chemotherapy regimen selected by the investigator. Conditions listed: Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC).
