Pressurized Intraperitoneal Aerosolized Chemotherapy With Mitomycin for the Treatment of Unresectable Appendix or Colorectal Cancer With Peritoneal Metastases, The IMPACT Trial is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07271355 by City of Hope Medical Center, with a registry enrolment figure of 129 participants, started 2026-10-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2031-02-28.
