Neoadjuvant Moderately Hypofractionated Radiotherapy Combined With Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy for High-risk pMMR/MSS Locally Advanced Rectal Cancer: A Prospective, Multi-center Randomized Control Phase II Trial is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07527520 by Fudan University, with a registry enrolment figure of 165 participants, started 2026-06 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-07.
