Neoadjuvant Iparomlimab/Tuvonralimab Plus CAPEOX Versus Iparomlimab/Tuvonralimab Plus CAPEOX and Propranolol for Locally Advanced pMMR Colon Cancer: A Prospective, Single-Center, Multi-Cohort Study is a phase 2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07549906 by Sun Yat-sen University, with a registry enrolment figure of 45 participants, started 2026-04-20 and due to reach its primary completion in 2026-07-31. Interventions recorded: Iparomlimab/Tuvonralimab; Capecitabine; Oxaliplatin; Propranolol.
