Overview
3SBio, listed in Hong Kong, is one of China's largest biologics makers, with a long-standing business in recombinant proteins (erythropoietin, thrombopoietin). In oncology its Fc-engineered HER2 antibody inetetamab (Cipterbin) was approved by the NMPA in June 2020 with vinorelbine for HER2-positive metastatic breast cancer. A 2025 licence of its PD-1 and VEGF bispecific antibody to Pfizer brought the company global attention.
