Jiangsu Hengrui is China's largest oncology pharma, maker of pyrotinib and the HER2 ADC trastuzumab rezetecan, and one of the biggest out-licensers of Chinese assets.
Portfolio spans camrelizumab (PD-1), pyrotinib, dalpiciclib (CDK4/6), and the ADC platform behind trastuzumab rezetecan (SHR-A1811, approved China 2025 for HER2-mutant NSCLC; HORIZON-Breast01 positive). Multiple ex-China licences to Western partners (Merck, GSK, Kailera).
Hengrui's HER2 ADC, approved in China for lung cancer and showing Enhertu-scale results in breast cancer, part of a wave of Chinese ADCs heading for global trials.
Pyrotinib is China's HER2 pill, widely used there with capecitabine and as a comparator for the new Chinese HER2 ADCs.
