Overview
Toripalimab (Tuoyi / Loqtorzi) has more than ten NMPA indications, US approval for nasopharyngeal carcinoma with Coherus (licence February 2021, $150 million upfront), and EU, UK and Australian approvals. Pipeline: the BTLA antibody tifcemalimab, a PD-1 x VEGF bispecific and ADCs. Junshi also co-developed the COVID-19 antibody etesevimab with Lilly.
