Adicet Bio
Adicet makes off-the-shelf immune cell therapies from donor gamma delta T cells, a rarer type of T cell. Its lead programme is now aimed at lupus and other autoimmune diseases, with a prostate cancer candidate expected to enter the clinic in late 2026.
Overview
Adicet Bio is a clinical-stage company developing allogeneic gamma delta T-cell therapies engineered with chimeric antigen receptors. Lead product prulacabtagene leucel (prula-cel, formerly ADI-001) is an allogeneic gamma delta CAR T candidate now developed primarily in autoimmune disease (lupus nephritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, vasculitis and rheumatoid arthritis), with a phase 1 update and pivotal trial planning under way in 2026 after FDA alignment on outpatient dosing. In oncology, ADI-212 is a preclinical candidate for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer with a regulatory filing planned for the third quarter of 2026 and enrolment expected in the fourth quarter. Adicet is also building an in vivo CAR T platform for haematological malignancies and solid tumours. It completed a one-for-16 reverse stock split in December 2025 and trades on Nasdaq as ACET.
Notes
top- Pipeline is now led by autoimmune indications; oncology exposure is ADI-212 (prostate) and an in vivo CAR T platform. No funding round sourced.
