OnCusp Therapeutics develops an antibody-drug conjugate aimed at the protein CDH6, mainly for ovarian cancer that no longer responds to platinum chemotherapy.
OnCusp Therapeutics, Inc. was founded in April 2021, according to the company, by Bing Yuan, Eric Slosberg and Andy Fu, with offices in New York and Shanghai, to in-license and develop early oncology assets. Its lead programme CUSP06 (AMT-707), licensed ex-China from Multitude Therapeutics, is a CDH6-directed antibody-drug conjugate; it received FDA clearance for a phase 1 trial in August 2023 and dosed its first patient in March 2024 in platinum-refractory or resistant ovarian cancer and other advanced solid tumours (NCT06234423), with phase 1b data in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer presented at IGCS 2026. The company reports a USD 25 million seed (2021), a USD 14 million seed plus (2022) and a USD 100 million Series A (December 2023). Its first registered cancer trial, NCT06234423, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in January 2024.
