PrimeLink BioTherapeutics makes antibody-drug conjugates, including ones that carry two different cancer-killing drugs; its first, PLB-002, is in an early trial in advanced solid tumours.
PrimeLink BioTherapeutics (普灵生物医药), based in Suzhou Industrial Park with a Shenzhen entity as the registry sponsor, develops antibody-drug conjugates on a modular conjugation platform it calls ENHANMIX, including dual-payload ADCs, degrader-antibody conjugates and bispecific ADCs. Its pipeline lists PLB-002, a monoclonal antibody ADC for ovarian and lung cancer, in a phase 1 study in advanced solid tumours (NCT07304128), with PLB-001, PLB-003, PLB-004 and PLB-005 earlier in development. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT07304128, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in December 2025.
