Axcynsis Therapeutics makes antibody-drug conjugates, antibodies that carry a cell-killing drug to cancer cells; its first one, aimed at the protein CLDN6, is in an early trial in advanced solid tumours.
Axcynsis Therapeutics Pte Ltd is a Singapore antibody-drug conjugate company with a Shanghai office. It was established in March 2022 as Tetris Therapeutics, according to the company, and later renamed. Its platform includes the AxcynDOT payload technology. AT03-65, a CLDN6-targeting ADC and the first programme on AxcynDOT, received FDA IND clearance in January 2025 and began a first-in-human phase 1 trial in the United States in advanced CLDN6-positive solid tumours, announced in February 2026 (NCT06809114). Preclinical programmes include a DLL3 by SEZ6 bispecific ADC for small cell lung cancer, a dual-payload ROR1 ADC, a HER2 ADC and an ALPP/ALPPL2 ADC. In May 2022, as Tetris Therapeutics, it raised USD 15 million in seed funding. Its first registered cancer trial, NCT06809114, was posted on ClinicalTrials.gov in February 2025.
