Sterling is a British contract maker of small-molecule active ingredients, with plants in the north of England and the United States and an ADC bioconjugation site at Deeside in Wales.

Sterling Pharma Solutions makes active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates for other companies, from grams for early trials to tonnes for commercial supply, at Cramlington and Dudley in England and at Germantown, Wisconsin, and Cary, North Carolina, in the United States. It added antibody-drug conjugate bioconjugation when it bought ADC Biotechnology's Deeside site in 2021, joining the small group of Western sites that can link high-potency payloads to antibodies. It is privately held.
