BD200 is an experimental multibody-drug conjugate from Biolojic Design, in phase 1 trials for select unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid cancers.
BD200 is a multibody-drug conjugate (dual-binding IgG antibody-drug conjugate) from Biolojic Design. A 'two-in-one' antibody in which each arm can bind either TROP-2 (TROP2) or Nectin-4, used as the base of an antibody-drug conjugate. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for select unresectable locally advanced or metastatic solid cancers. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1a/b NCT07797907 not yet recruiting; estimated start 31 December 2026. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
1.BD200's antibody arm binds TROP2 on the surface of the cancer cell.
