DT-9081 is an experimental oral small molecule from Domain Therapeutics, in phase 1 trials for advanced solid tumours.
DT-9081 is an oral small molecule (receptor antagonist) from Domain Therapeutics. An oral EP4 receptor antagonist designed to reverse the immune suppression caused by prostaglandin E2 made by COX-2-positive tumours. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced solid tumours. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. Phase 1 EPRAD (NCT05582850) terminated at the end of dose escalation, "based on Sponsor's strategic decision"; the company still lists DT-9081 as "Phase II-ready". Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
