Overview
Gumarontinib (SCC244) was developed by Haihe Biopharma in Shanghai. The NMPA gave it conditional approval in March 2023 for locally advanced or metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer with MET exon 14 skipping alterations, on the GLORY phase 2 trial.
Blocks the MET receptor kinase in tumours with MET exon 14 skipping mutations. Connects to MET.
