Ifinatamab deruxtecan is a B7-H3 ADC showing some of the best response rates ever seen in relapsed small-cell lung cancer.
IDeate-Lung01 phase 2: ORR ~55% in pretreated extensive-stage SCLC at 12 mg/kg. Phase 3 IDeate-Lung02 versus topotecan ongoing; Breakthrough Therapy designation. Also in prostate and oesophageal cancer.
