Inobrodib is an experimental pill from CellCentric, in phase 3 trials for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma.
Inobrodib (CCS1477) is a small molecule, oral from CellCentric. Blocks the bromodomain of p300 (EP300) and CBP (CREBBP), two proteins that switch on genes, lowering the activity of cancer genes including MYC and IRF4. A phase 3 study with pomalidomide and dexamethasone (NCT07772024, started August 2026) and a phase 2 study (NCT07096778) are recruiting in relapsed or refractory myeloma; earlier studies covered blood cancers (NCT04068597) and advanced solid tumours (NCT03568656). The company says the FDA granted Fast Track and orphan drug designations in relapsed or refractory myeloma.
