A brain-penetrant dual inhibitor of non-muscle myosin IIA and IIB (the products of MYH9 and MYH10). The company says it is believed to prevent tumour invasion and proliferation while activating the tumour cell's own stress responses; in preclinical studies it increased the effect of radiation. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for glioblastoma, acute myeloid leukaemia and pancreatic adenocarcinoma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 2 studies linked below. Phase 1/2 STAR-GBM (NCT07185880) recruiting; second phase 1/2 study NCT07604285 not yet recruiting (registry, 3 Nov 2026). Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
