NeoGenomics' family of large gene tests for solid tumours, from a tissue sample or a blood draw.
PanTracer is NeoGenomics' portfolio of comprehensive genomic profiling tests for solid tumours. PanTracer Tissue sequences 517 genes in DNA and RNA for single-nucleotide variants, insertions and deletions, copy number changes, RNA fusions and splice variants, with microsatellite instability and tumour mutational burden, in 8 to 10 days; PanTracer Tissue + HRD adds a homologous recombination deficiency score (BRCA1/2 and a genomic instability score from loss of heterozygosity, telomeric allelic imbalance and large-scale state transitions), validated for primary epithelial ovarian tumours; PanTracer Pro adds HRD and cancer-type-directed immunohistochemistry to the tissue test in one order. PanTracer LBx sequences 514 genes from circulating tumour DNA in 7 days, without RNA sequencing or HRD. NeoGenomics lists PanTracer Tissue and Pro as New York approved, and the HRD and LBx tests as not.
Tissue sequencing of 517 genes in DNA and RNA, or blood sequencing of 514 genes in circulating tumour DNA, for single-nucleotide variants, insertions and deletions, copy number changes and fusions.
