Opamtistomig (LBL-024) is a bispecific antibody (2:2 format) from Nanjing Leads Biolabs. A bispecific antibody with two binding sites each for PD-L1 and the co-stimulatory receptor 4-1BB, intended to reverse PD-L1-mediated immune suppression while selectively boosting T-cell activation. Its furthest stage is phase 3, for extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma, small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and biliary tract cancer. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in 11 studies linked below. Marketing application for monotherapy in previously treated advanced extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma accepted by China's CDE with priority review (priority review 10 July 2026; acceptance reported 24 August 2026). Single-arm registrational trial; a phase 3 trial NCT07720193 is registered, not yet recruiting. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
