Rilvegostomig (AZD2936) is a bispecific antibody developed by AstraZeneca. Its targets are PD-1 and TIGIT (the sponsor names TIGIT x PD-1). The sponsor states: Rilvegostomig (AZD2936) is an anti-TIGIT/anti-PD-1 bispecific antibody given intravenously as monotherapy to enhance anti-tumour immune response in advanced/metastatic NSCLC with PD-L1 expression. It is the investigational product in 1 recruiting or active industry-led phase 2 and phase 3 interventional cancer trial, in non-small-cell lung cancer.
