SGR-1505 is an experimental small molecule from Schrödinger, in phase 1 trials for relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, waldenström macroglobulinaemia and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and other cancers.
SGR-1505 is a small molecule (oral) from Schrödinger. An inhibitor of MALT1 (mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1), which the company describes as a key mediator of the NF-κB signalling pathway and the main driver of a subset of B-cell lymphomas. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies, waldenström macroglobulinaemia, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. 10-Q for the quarter to 30 June 2026 (filed 5 August 2026): Schrödinger will complete the ongoing phase 1 dose-escalation trial, does not intend to start further trials independently, and plans to seek strategic partners. FDA Fast Track (June 2025) for relapsed/refractory Waldenström macroglobulinaemia after at least two lines including a BTK inhibitor. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
