SGR-3515 is an experimental small molecule from Schrödinger, in phase 1 trials for advanced solid tumours, ovarian cancer and uterine cancer.
SGR-3515 is a small molecule (oral) from Schrödinger. A dual inhibitor of the cell-cycle kinases Wee1 and Myt1. The company says losing both at once leaves cancer cells selectively vulnerable (synthetic lethality). Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced solid tumours, ovarian cancer (rationale) and uterine cancer (rationale). ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. IND cleared April 2024; phase 1 dosing began July 2024. Per the 10-Q to 30 June 2026 the company will complete the phase 1 and seek a partner, without starting further trials itself. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
