WTX-124

WTX-124 is a conditionally activated cytokine pro-drug (INDUKINE molecule) from Werewolf Therapeutics. A systemically delivered, conditionally activated interleukin-2 (IL-2) INDUKINE molecule, designed to keep IL-2 blocked in the circulation and released in the tumour, to reduce the severe toxicities seen with recombinant IL-2. Its furthest stage is phase 1, for advanced or metastatic solid tumours and cutaneous melanoma. ClinicalTrials.gov registers it in one study linked below. S-4/A of 26 Oct 2026: after the Ambros merger the combined company will focus on neridronate and 'intends to evaluate the clinical and other data available for WTX-124 and WTX-330 to determine whether to advance either program and/or to seek a partner'; WTX-124 and WTX-330 are the 'Legacy Assets' for a CVR. The phase 1/1b trial 'is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026' and 'Additional funding will be required to initiate any further development'. Registry lists NCT05479812 as completed. FDA Fast Track (Oct 2025) for cutaneous melanoma after immunotherapy. Whether it works in people has not been established unless a trial below reports it.
