Central China's provincial cancer hospital, a high-enrolling trial site in lung and gastrointestinal cancer with a large radiotherapy department.
Hunan Cancer Hospital was founded in 1972 and is the affiliated cancer hospital of Central South University's Xiangya School of Medicine. It is one of the most active Chinese sites for registration trials of domestic PD-1 antibodies, EGFR and ALK inhibitors and ADCs, and has particular strength in lung cancer, gastric and colorectal cancer, head and neck surgery and gynaecological radiotherapy. The hospital operates the Hunan cancer registry and a phase 1 clinical trial centre, and participates in the national cancer screening programmes for rural China.
