Marie Curie Hospice, Cardiff and the Vale is one of Marie Curie's nine hospices, at Bridgeman Road, Penarth CF64 3YR. The hospice page says Marie Curie helps people with an illness they are likely to die from, and the people close to them, receive specialist care and support for free, including people with advanced cancer as well as dementia, heart, liver, kidney and lung disease, motor neurone disease and Parkinson's. It lists in-patient stays for round-the-clock care until symptoms settle or for the final days, outpatient care, and wellbeing support from light exercise to hypnotherapy; the page is also available in Welsh.
