Overview
Cancer Research Communications is an open access, peer-reviewed journal of the American Association for Cancer Research launched in October 2021 and published monthly since 2022. It covers the full spectrum of cancer research, aiming to accelerate discovery by rapidly publishing hypotheses, methods, results, data resources and new knowledge; articles may report novel findings, support previously published results or present thought-provoking null results. Its sections span molecular and cellular biology, tumour biology, immuno-oncology, emerging technologies and data science, therapeutic development, precision medicine and biomarkers, clinical research and trials, epidemiology and prevention, and health disparities. All content is free to read under the Budapest Open Access Initiative definition; DOAJ records the CC BY licence, an article processing charge with discounts, anonymous peer review and author retention of copyright. Indexed in MEDLINE and deposited in PubMed Central.
