Siegel 2022: Cancer statistics, 2022

The American Cancer Society's annual US report for 2022 projected about 1.9 million new cancer cases and reported that the cancer death rate had fallen by about a third since 1991, with declines in lung cancer deaths accelerating as treatment improved.
