Anthony Chan is Li Shu Fan Medical Foundation Professor of Clinical Oncology at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Director of the Hong Kong Cancer Institute and a Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the university. His research has shaped the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, including trials of concurrent chemoradiotherapy and studies of plasma Epstein-Barr virus DNA as a biomarker.
