Overview
Catherine Wu led the 2017 Nature trial of NeoVax, a personalised neoantigen peptide vaccine that induced durable T-cell responses in melanoma patients, published alongside Şahin's mRNA work as the founding evidence for individualised cancer vaccines. Her laboratory also defined the clonal evolution of chronic lymphocytic leukaemia and its driver mutations. She directs transplantation and cellular therapies at Dana-Farber.
