Lung cancer doctor who was lead author of VISION, the trial that established tepotinib for lung cancers with MET exon 14 skipping mutations.
Overview
Paul Paik is a thoracic medical oncologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. He was first author of the 2020 New England Journal of Medicine report of the VISION trial, in which the MET inhibitor tepotinib produced durable responses in MET exon 14 skipping non-small-cell lung cancer, and earlier helped characterise MET exon 14 alterations as a targetable driver. He also studies squamous-cell lung cancer.
