Overview
Rafael Mariano Grossi has been Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency since December 2019. Under his leadership the IAEA launched Rays of Hope, an initiative to close the gap in access to radiotherapy, diagnostic imaging and nuclear medicine for cancer in countries with little or no capacity. His role is recorded in the public record.
