Overview
Richard Finn was principal investigator of PALOMA-2, the trial that established palbociclib plus letrozole as first-line therapy for HR-positive advanced breast cancer and launched the CDK4/6 inhibitor class. He then led IMbrave150, which showed atezolizumab plus bevacizumab beat sorafenib in unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma, ending a decade of sorafenib as the only option. His current work covers next-generation CDK inhibitors and immunotherapy sequencing in liver cancer.
