Roxana del Águila

Dra. Roxana del Águila holds the Dirección General of the Instituto de Oncología Ángel H. Roffo, the specialist cancer hospital and research institute of the Universidad de Buenos Aires, named after the pioneering Argentine oncologist Ángel Honorio Roffo. The institute's authorities page lists her at the head of a management team that includes Dr Esteban Weisbek as Director General Administrativo, Dra. Valeria Cáceres for the medical area, Dr Sergio Gianni for surgery, Dr Pablo Menéndez for radiotherapy and Dr Alejandro Urtreger for research. The institute provides medical, surgical and radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging and pathology, runs residencies and a nursing school, and publishes treatment guidelines.
