TITAN (whole-slide multimodal model)
TITAN is a model that summarises a whole slide, not just tiles, and can write a draft pathology report.
Pretrained on 335,645 whole slides with vision-only and vision-language objectives; produces slide-level embeddings for rare cancer retrieval, prognosis and report generation.
