CELESTIAL-TNCLL tests the next-generation all-oral doublet against the current fixed-duration standard, with results expected from late 2026.

Phase 3 following BGB-11417-101, where sonrotoclax + zanubrutinib produced uMRD in almost all treatment-naive patients by week 96 including high-risk genetics. Estimated primary completion November 2026. A companion trial tests the doublet vs zanubrutinib alone.
