myeloMATCH

myeloMATCH is a US-wide master trial that sequences every new leukaemia within days and routes the patient to the right experimental arm, then re-routes them as MRD results come in.

Launched 2024 across ~200 sites. Rapid central genomics (results in 72 hours) and MRD assessments at each 'tier' allow patients to move between sub-studies (e.g., FLT3, TP53, NPM1, older-unfit cohorts) testing venetoclax, menin inhibitors, FLT3 inhibitors, magrolimab successors, and CPX-351. The infrastructure model for precision leukaemia trials.

Setting
Newly diagnosed AML and MDS: genomic screening at diagnosis assigns patients to tiered, biomarker-defined sub-studies from induction through MRD-guided consolidation and maintenance
