CIRCULATING TUMOR DNA BASED DECISION FOR ADJUVANT TREATMENT IN COLON CANCER STAGE II is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT04120701 by Centre Hospitalier Universitaire Dijon, with a registry enrolment figure of 1980 participants, started 2020-01-17 and due to reach its primary completion in 2032-03. Interventions recorded: mFOLFOX6. Conditions listed: Patients With Resected Stage II Colon Cancer. Primary outcome: 3-year Disease-Free Survival in ctDNA positive patients. Colorectal eligibility wording from the registry: "* Histologically confirmed stage II colon and high rectum adenocarcinoma excluding low and medium rectal cancers (tumor location ≥ 12 cm from the anal verge by endoscopy and/or above the peritoneal reflection at surgery are still eligible), without gross or microscopic evidence of residual disease a".
