COffee and Metabolites Modulating the Gut MicrobiomE in Colorectal caNCER is a phase 1/2, randomised interventional study registered as NCT05692024 by Massachusetts General Hospital, with a registry enrolment figure of 80 participants, started 2024-03-21 and due to reach its primary completion in 2028-03-31. Interventions recorded: Nestlé NESCAFÉ® TASTER'S CHOICE® House Blend capsule.; Placebo.
