A Prospective Multicenter Study: Ivosimab + Chemotherapy as Neoadjuvant for Resectable pMMR/MSS CRC Liver Mets is a phase 2, interventional study registered as NCT06972498 by The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, with a registry enrolment figure of 35 participants, started 2025-07-01 and due to reach its primary completion in 2027-12-30. Interventions recorded: Patients will receive ivosimab combined with the XELOX/FOLFOX regimen, followed by radical surgery 4-6 weeks after the last dose; adjuvant chemotherapy will continue for 3 months postoperatively..
