Functional Lung Avoidance Planning Guided by Lung Perfusion PET/CT Versus Anatomical Planning for Lung Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy is a phase 3, randomised interventional study registered as NCT07289646 by University Hospital, Brest, with a registry enrolment figure of 418 participants, started 2026-01-15 and due to reach its primary completion in 2029-01-31. Primary outcome: To determine whether a functional planning guided by lung perfusion PET/CT imaging is superior to a conventional anatomical planning with regards to the occurrence of grade 2 or higher lung toxicity during the year following lung SBRT..
